Kimberly is a Consumer/Retail industry veteran with over 25 years of experience driving Diversity Equity and Inclusion Transformations, Change Management, Human Resources, Workforce Transition, Organization Design, Performance Development, Training, and Communications.

She is currently a Managing Director with Deloitte Consulting’s Retail practice as well as the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead for Deloitte’s Consumer division. 

One of Kimberly’s personal and professional missions, is to create more inclusive organizations, and drive more equitable outcomes for historically marginalized people of all identities, against a backdrop of greater social justice.

Ryan is a senior research leader at Deloitte, and his primary focus is creating engaging, actionable insights to deepen the conversation around key trends and issues occurring in the Consumer industry. He led both the 2022 and 2023 “Women Raising the Bar” research, among several other Deloitte DEI studies.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Ryan was the Senior Director of Industry Analytics at J.D. Power where he was responsible for leading a group of highly-trained subject matter experts covering a variety of industries including automotive, financial services, insurance, energy and telecom.
