Learn from members of Brown-Forman’s and RNDC’s Employee Resource Groups for the Hispanic/Latinx community, COPA and VIDA, how they have successfully engaged their colleagues and company. From personal growth to strategic impact, learn how ERGs are essential to company success and how you can best implement your own in your companies.

This is a live interactive chat and we invite you to ask questions and share your experiences with building and maintaining Employee Resource Groups for the Hispanic/Latinx community at your organization.

We look forward to discussing:

  • The unique perspective and experiences of the Hispanic/Latinx community in beverage alcohol

  • Individuals’ and organizations’ responsibility to practice DE&I

  • What ERGs can do to support company goals and initiatives

  • The importance of authentic representation, creating community and support from leadership

  • Action steps to keep the conversation going to create impact within your organization

Who Should Attend:

  • DE&I Professionals

  • HR/Talent Professionals

  • ERG/BRG Leads

  • Managers/Executives

Creating Our Path (COPA) exists to help Brown-Forman in attracting, developing and retaining Latinx/Hispanic talent and to ensure the employee population mirrors the diversity of the communities in which we operate.

VIDA (Visualizing Inclusion and Diversity for All) is to immerse, educate and empower all associates within the organization to create a culture of diversity and equality. We will partner with our suppliers, our customers and the company to create relationships that drive value and opportunity, leveraging the foundation of our Latin heritage.

Once you register you will receive an email with the link to access the session.  If you need further assistance please Contact Olivia Campbell, Membership Coordinator, Women of the Vine & Spirits.
