Philana Bouvier is the Vice President Fine Wine, Supplier Business Development at Republic National Distributing Company. Providing integrated business services for RNDC and Youngs Market, she actively partners with current and potential suppliers to capitalize on market and category opportunities focused on luxury Fine Wine and premium import portfolios. Prior to RNDC, Philana led new business development at Young’s Market Company for lead generation, prospect management & new supplier engagement. She has held several leadership roles to include General Manager for Young’s Hawaii - a move that would make her the industry’s first non-family, female executive to lead statewide sales, marketing, and operations for a major alcohol distributor in the United States. Early in her career, Philana co-founded Waiwera Artesian Water USA and served as it's CEO of U.S. operations. Philana also owned and led B&Co., a boutique brokerage firm specializing in distributor sales support and delivering exceptional client experiences for suppliers.

Cindy Leonard serves as Senior Vice President, Management and Business Development, responsible for Commercial Sales Planning and collaboration with the Commercial Planning and Sales and Marketing teams and driving supplier performance, alignment and strategy.

Cindy began her experience in the beverage alcohol industry, with the Gallo Wine Company in Los Angeles. She escalated in management and leadership roles that took her to National Account Manager with E&J Gallo Winery, Remy Amerique, Regal Wine Company, and Regional Supplier Management with Jackson Family Fine Wines. Cindy joined Southern Wine & Spirits in Arizona in 2000, as Brand Manager elevating to Vice President & General Manager SGWS/AZ Fine Wine Division and ultimately to a Vice President, Supplier Management and Business Development at SGWS Corporate in Miami. 

Cindy earned her bachelor's from Arizona State University. She also holds her Court of Master Sommeliers, Level One Certification and a Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) 2 Certification. Cindy also graduated from the Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits Emerging Leaders Program in 2018.

Jennifer Chaplin Tolkin is Vice President, Family-Owned Brands and Aperol Strategy for Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, the world’s preeminent distributor of beverage alcohol. In this role, Jennifer oversees supplier strategy and performance on a national level for the many family-owned brands in Southern Glazer’s portfolio, as well as specifically for the Aperol brand. Her responsibilities include strategic projects that drive commercial growth, including integrating suppliers with SGWS's consumer, trade and SG Proof™ platforms.

Prior to this role, Jennifer held the role of National Director, Aperol Strategy and Director, Supplier Management & Business Development. Before that, she held the position of Communications and Events Manager in the Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility Department, working alongside the events team supporting corporate events, as well as the Southern Glazer's social media team, helping build the Company's following and expanding engagement with strategic suppliers.

Since joining the Company, Jennifer has been a diversity and inclusion advocate, championing programs to advance women at both the Company and in the industry. One such program is the Southern Glazer’s and Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America Women In Leadership program, in partnership with Columbia Business School. The program is designed to help elevate the impact of women leaders – enabling them to navigate the business landscape, develop and leverage their talents, and step into roles of greater influence with a focus on the advancement of women in the wine and spirits wholesale tier.

Prior to joining Southern Glazer's, from June 2013 to February 2017 Jennifer worked as an Agent Trainee at William Morris Endeavor (WME), a leading global entertainment agency. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Tisch School of Arts at New York University. She graduated from Columbia Business School Executive Education in Women in Leadership.
