Julie Milroy, VP On Premise at Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, is a Change Leader with over 15 years of experience in the Beverage Alcohol Industry.  Julie’s diverse background from Sales, HR, Marketing and Commercial Strategy has given her the skills to make positive impact and create results that are always Customer Centric with an emphasis on Developing People.  Julie is passionate about empowering our diverse community to take on leadership roles to foster relentless innovation. 

Kyle McHugh built his career in and around the hospitality industry for over 20 years in cities around the US, working as a bartender, bar manager, corporate beverage director, bar & restaurant consultant, bottle shop proprietor, professor of wine & beverage for Le Cordon Bleu, Master of Whiskey for Diageo, and currently the Director of Brand Advocacy for Samson & Surrey brands: Bluecoat Gin, Brenne Single Malt, FEW Whiskey, Mezcal Vago, Tequila Ocho, & Widow Jane Bourbon. Kyle is a past National President & Chairman of the United States Bartenders’ Guild (USBG), and has earned professional certifications including Certified Sommelier (CMS), Certified Distiller (IBD), Executive Bourbon Steward (Stave & Thief), and more. His work has appeared in many media outlets including The New York Times, Time, The Wall Street Journal, Food & Wine, and The Food Network.
