Confusion on many fronts seems to be a dominating emotion and state of being these days.  This interactive session will explore the effects of uncertainty and how we respond as individuals and leaders.  We will discuss:

  • Self-awareness is paramount as we take care of ourselves before helping others.
  • Recognize and empathize with your colleagues.

  • Develop a stretch goal that focuses on the future.
