Cathy Riboli is a 3^rd generation Riboli family member and the current Chief Financial Officer at San Antonio Winery. Cathy also manages the Maddalena Restaurant, located inside the winery, where she has transformed and expanded the restaurant to welcome in a larger and more diverse group of patrons for both casual dining and private events. Cathy has always been a believer in bringing people together through food and wine and has spearheaded the expansion of the tasting rooms and restaurants in both Ontario and Paso Robles, CA locations.

Steve Riboli is the current Vice President at San Antonio Winery and a 3^rd generation Riboli family member. After completing a degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis, Steve followed in the footsteps of his parents and siblings and began working at San Antonio Winery in 1982 . He has grown within the company and shifted his focus to expanding the national sales team and brand marketing, with the goal to make Riboli Family Wines a household name. Steve has his hand in all the brands under the Riboli Family Wines umbrella and was instrumental in launching the #1 Italian imported wine brand, Stella Rosa Wines. Recently he launched the Riboli Estates Group, a team created within the company to focus on building and promoting the award-winning wines grown on the family’s own estate vineyards. Occasionally, Steve can be found walking around the winery shadowed by his loveable dog, Elsa.
