HR Professionals, it’s about that time for a Live Chat. Our goal for the chat is to first and foremost get to know one another. But most importantly, share transparent conversations on topics that are important to us. We will be sending out a poll to hear what topics are the most important to our WOTVS members in advance of our chat. If you have any ideas please don’t be shy and reach out to one of us directly so we can incorporate that topic into our discussions now or in the future.

I am a native New Yorker, born and raised! I've been in the F&B and Hospitality industry for over 20 years, in operations, leading teams in various multi-concepts domestically and internationally. While in New York, I spent 9 years with Rosa Mexicano Restaurants, where I lead operations at our Union Square location, while extensively traveling for new openings during our years of expansion. I moved to Miami in 2008 to lead the Florida Region and Miami has been home ever since! After leaving Rosa in 2014, I spent a short period of time in other areas in the F&B space, including various consulting projects, but my deep passion for the employee experience is what drove me to make an exciting career pivot to HR/Recruitment in 2019. I am now part of the Global Talent Attraction, Shipboard Operations Team at Royal Carribbean, supporting the Beverage Operations for all hiring and recruitment needs within all three of our Brands; Royal, Celebrity and Azamara.

As a Director of Sales for ForceBrands' spirits, wine, and beer division, Rachel specializes in working with high growth brands and companies to identify their unique hiring needs while the company's team of Executive Recruiters — who are functional experts in sales, marketing, finance, operations, and HR — find the candidates who are a fit, professionally and culturally.

Rachel has been with ForceBrands since its launch in 2007 and has helped scale many companies with her organizational design expertise and thoughtful approach on connecting best-in-class leaders with organizations in the beverage alcohol world. In addition to extensive experience and love for the industry, Rachel is also a certified mixologist trainer and WSET Level 2 certified. She brings passion and an unprecedented level of knowledge to the CPG industry.
