Holistic Wellness & Finding
Balance Using the Circle of Life
Thursday, July 21
10:00 AM PST / 1:00 PM EST
Elizabeth Van Emst
General Manager
World Cooperage
Holistic health is about much more than just exercise, healthy foods or meditation. When considering holistic wellness and balance, it can be very helpful to utilize a tool called the ‘Circle of Life’. As taught by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), this visual tool takes an easy, yet effective inventory of one’s overall wellness and helps to identify areas that are out of balance. Areas such as Finances, Home Environment, Joy and Creativity are some of the spokes to the wheel that are often overlooked in wellness assessments.
Join World Cooperage General Manager, Elizabeth Van Emst, as we explore this holistic health tool to better understand how it can be incorporated into your own wellness journey and serve you to understand where you might be out of balance. Each attendee will do their own self-assessment while Elizabeth guides the group through this tool’s benefits. Elizabeth attained her health coach certification through IIN and utilizes this wellness assessment tool regularly in her own work-life balance. Subsequent deep dives into each individual area will be explored on WOTVS online wellness group and in future seminars.
