This session offers rapid insight into the trends that affected how consumers, retailers, companies/categories, and infrastructure performed during an unprecedented holiday season. 
 
This holiday season, marked by unparallel uncertainty, yielded positive overall growth due to significant gains in ecommerce. With COVID-19 cases on the rise, consumers looked to fulfill their holiday shopping even earlier. Large mass retailers dominated this holiday season while consumers sought to buy gifts that enhanced the experience of staying home for the holidays. Infrastructure partners were tested in new ways as they tried to manage the influx of online orders and deliver presents in time for Christmas.
