Jennifer Reda is currently Vice President of Sales for Mast Jägermeister US covering the 17 state Control Region.  Prior to working for Jägermeister she spent 25 years in the beer industry with: Anheuser- Busch, Breckenridge Brewery, Coors, Molson Coors, Miller Coors and ACGolden Brewing Company.  She has extensive experience in the beer industry working in all faucets:  Sales, Channel and Brand Marketing, Innovation, and Operations.  Her last 8 years with Miller Coors she was the Director of Sales and Marketing for a craft brewery, ACGolden Brewing Company, who makes and sells Colorado Native Lager brands in the state of Colorado.  Although no longer on the beer side of the business, she is still very passionate about beer and would love to share some of her knowledge with you!  These days she very much enjoys a “Deer” (Jägermeister shot) with her “Beer” – bringing the Spirit and Beer worlds together.

As a people first manager, Jaelee Eddie measures success not only by delivering tangible commercial results but also by the positive footprint we leave behind on the people we meet along the way.  For her, bringing people together and leaning into the diverse strengths of individuals creates a foundation for learning and long-term success of the team as a whole.

After Graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Fashion Design & Merchandising Jaelee stumbled into a sales roll at Coors Brewing Co. in Golden Colorado where she learned the fundamentals of the Alcohol Beverage Industry.  Over the next 15 years she focused on learning and gaining understanding of the different channels in the business.  Her diverse background spans all channels of the Alcohol Beverage Industry, from the lens of both sales and marketing.  Jaelee’s understanding of the complex relationship between Consumers, Customers, Distributors and Suppliers has given her the ability to bring people together and execute successful commercial results.

In February 2021 Jaelee was asked to lead US National Accounts at Mast-Jagermeister and currently supports her sales team in executing commercial strategy in National Accounts Off-Premise, National Accounts On-Premise, Military, Export, E-Commerce Sales and Regional Off Premise Chains.  She loves working with up and coming individuals in the industry, sharing the importance of lifelong education, and the positive impact that hard work, compassion, inclusion, and a people first attitude will have on one’s career and the people you meet along the journey.

Jaelee resides in Orange County California with her the people she loves the most in life, her husband Scott and children Olivia (8) and Alex “Bubba”(6).  She believes with a little luck a lot of hard work and the support of the team around you anything is possible!

Employees are the pulse of a company; they are the most important assets to care for, support and encourage. As a Director of HR, I strive to create an environment where team members feel inspired, appreciated and excited daily! Company culture is organic in nature, but it should be fostered constantly to align with an organization’s values and mission. I love working with people and helping to ensure that they are growing their career, receiving constant feedback and enjoying the company of colleagues. I believe collaboration, freedom, flexibility and accountability are a few of the ingredients that make an inspiring company culture.  My background is in fast growing organizations (tech startups), I am a true HR generalist and passionate about supporting women in business.
