Tracey is a proactive, passionate and strategic leader with more than 18 years experience in the Americas and Europe. Tracey has a strong sense of personal accountability, with a proven track record of achieving business results by working collaboratively to identify successful strategies and execution plans. She has extensive commercial experience across Sales, Trade marketing, Strategy and Learning & Development in UK, US & Canada domestic markets and the Americas Global Travel Retail.

First generation Cuban American, Carin Luna-Ostaseski is one of the first Hispanic people in history to create a Scotch Whisky brand. Carin set out to invite drinkers who didn’t feel represented by traditional brands, leaving behind her 17-year Marketing & Design career to instead explore the world of Scotch and create the perfect blend. After trying 300 whiskies from her local purveyor, visiting distilleries and blenders in Scotland, becoming a licensed bartender and a certified whisky ambassador by the BIIA, Carin created SIA. With the help of Master Blenders, she selected a combination of aged Speyside, Highland, Lowlands, and Islay whiskies to develop SIA Scotch Whisky. Her spirit was crowdfunded by her local community, and people all over the world who wanted this scotch to be a reality. Since 2013, SIA Scotch Whisky delights drinkers who want a great tasting sip of scotch on the rocks or in a cocktail.  Carin recognizes that she couldn't have achieved her progress alone. In gratitude, she launched the Entrepreneurial Spirit Fund by SIA Scotch in July 2021, which has provided over $350,000 in grants to support underserved entrepreneurs. The grant program has been discontinued due to budgetary constraints, but there may be opportunities to revisit and revive it in the future. Carin continues to be involved in mentoring and various formal programs and accelerators for fellow entrepreneurs.

Katie Beal Brown is a fourth-generation West Texan, born and raised in Midland, TX. Growing up, some of her fondest memories were from the time spent with her grandparents out on their family’s ranch in Far West Texas near Fort Davis. Katie attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, where she met her future husband, Tyler Brown, a Houston native and seventh- generation Texan. Katie and Tyler Brown married in her hometown of Midland in 2013 and immediately moved to New York, NY where he had an opportunity in private equity real estate and she continued to grow her career in advertising. With years of experience at industry- leading agencies, she set out on a new venture to build her own brand, Lone River Beverage Company, celebrating her roots in West Texas. Lone River Beverage company pioneered the tequila-style hard seltzer category with its introduction of Lone River Ranch Water. After less than a year of record sales, Lone River Beverage Company was purchased by Diageo, one of the world's largest producers of spirits. Lone River now leads the tequila-style seltzer category as the #1 Ranch Water in the U.S. Katie continues to lead the business on a day-to-day basis, as CEO of the brand and works closely with Diageo leadership to build further on Lone River’s success.

Co-Founder of 21Seeds, Nicole Emanuel knew it was destiny to get in business with her sister and create 21Seeds – the fruit juice infused tequila that not only makes a statement on your bar cart and tastes delicious, but is disrupting the alcohol industry with an approachable disposition to spirits.

Nicole began her career in finance with a job post-college at a Big 4 consulting firm where she opened the tax office in Hyderabad, India. Realizing she liked building companies rather than maintaining them, she boldly cashed out her 401k and embarked on the adventure of a lifetime by traveling the  world. On this journey, she found herself in front of the most sought-after astrologist in India who told her she would one day fulfill her greatest accomplishments by working with family. When Nicole returned from globetrotting, she continued her career in finance where she quickly climbed the ladder and became the CFO to well-known media companies as well as fintech giants.

Kat, Nicole's sister, was originally a wine drinker who soon made the switch to drinking distilled spirits. Kat had a preference for tequila but she wanted something smooth and simple with a fresh flavor that would make drinking the spirit as approachable as a glass of wine.  Morphing into a self-made mixologist, Kat created the first batch of 21Seeds in a filtered water pitcher and spent time perfecting the temperature, presentation and balance of flavors. Not long after, friends and family began asking for cocktail recipes and bottles of their own to have and serve.

21Seeds was born and the name consisted of “21” [“2” sisters and “1” friend] and “Seeds”, which represents the ingredients from the earth that go into each bottle of 21Seeds tequila. On this venture with 21Seeds, Nicole found her destiny by working with her sister and inspiring others to follow their dreams.
