Advocates or Alternatives: Maximizing Your Well-being Initiatives
Wednesday, April 16
10:00AM PST / 1:00 PM EST
Well-being benefits are a must in today’s fast-paced business world, especially as more and more Gen Zers enter the workforce. In fact, 75% of Gen Z workers prioritize access to mental health and well-being resources when choosing where to work.
As you think about supporting the well-being of your employees in and outside of the workplace, should you create roles like “Champions” and “Advocates”? If so, when should you create them?
In this session led by VP of Learning and Organizational Excellence, Kenny Zuckerberg, and Senior Project Manager, Health & Well-Being, Charnelle Bacchus-Powers, we will cover scenarios where adding well-being champions may sound like a good idea, but actually not be, best practices for these programs, potential pitfalls and alternative options.
