Arelis Correa serves as, VP, Director, Global Acquisition for Brown-Forman Corporation. With a specialization and passion for recruiting talented people to join Brown-Forman, Arelis has served in talent acquisition roles with increasing responsibility during her 18 years at the company. This includes stints supporting Brown-Forman’s former North America Region, as well as its International divisions.

Arelis assumed leadership responsibility for Global Talent Acquisition in 2018 and was named to the HR & Communications Leadership Team in 2020. A true advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Arelis has served in several leadership roles for COPA, Brown-Forman’s employee resource group for Hispanic/LatinX employees and their allies. In addition, she works diligently and relentlessly to ensure Brown-Forman’s talent acquisition processes are aligned and supportive of the company’s Many Spirits, One Brown-Forman diversity and inclusion strategy. Arelis is known for her strong focus on continuous improvement, her dedication to ongoing learning, and her collaborative and innovative mindset. Jennie Fara is a Wine and Spirits professional and is the 3rd generation in her family to work for a Wine and Spirits supplier. She currently has 14+ years’ of her own experience. While her career began at Breakthru Beverage in Miami as a Sales Consultant, and subsequent District Manager, she later joined the E & J Gallo Winery as a Field Brand Manager.

She has since moved to Los Angeles, CA and where has served as the Market Development Manager for the country’s largest market on the country’s largest wine brand. During her tenure she has built brand awareness through consumer facing events and has cooperated with local distributor partners to increase growth in awareness and sales.

Over the last three year she has taken a sub role of being the liaison between the marketing team and sales team with a special focus on how to speak to the our country’s diverse Latine and BIPOC consumers. Most recently she has accepted the position of Director of Communications at LA CASA, a Gallo Winery Employee Resource Group focused on Latinos both inside Gallo and in the industry.

Adriana is the Remy Cointreau Account Development Specialist at Breakthru Beverage Colorado. With ten years of experience in the food and beverage industry she specializes in the Hispanic market. Her areas of expertise include multicultural marketing and promotions, product positioning and branding, event planning and execution. She is actively involved in the community as a member of the Board of Directors for Latinas First Foundation and the Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Adriana also serves as a co-lead for HOLA the Latinx associate resource group at Breakthru Beverage.

Adriana is a Latinx professional of Mexican decent; she was born and raised on the Arizona/Sonora border and attended the University of Arizona. She is passionate about driving change and creating inclusive work environments. In her spare time she enjoys walks with her dogs, Peloton workouts and quality time with family & friends.
