Angela Shih is Senior Director, Consumer Insights at Treasury Wines Estates, a premium global company with amazing brands such as 19 Crimes, Matua and Stags’ Leap. Angelahas been at TWE for over 4 years leading both qual and quant insights, driving every discussion starting and ending with the consumers. Angela started her career at Circana/NielsenIQ before deciding to move to the supplier side. Since then, Angela has worked on various projects ranging from concepts to package testing and ethnographies, helping the organization make strategic decisions based on consumer sentiments and trends.
Marina Rossi is a successful National Account Manager for Constellation Brands. She has worked for Constellation for the past 20 years in multiple capacities. Her competitive personality, passion for the business and customer service experience is the perfect blend to drive results.
Marina worked in the hospitality industry for 13 years prior to joining Constellation. Drawing upon her extensive background in hospitality, she has cultivated a unique skill set that allows her to excel in multitasking while fostering an environment where each team member thrives. In her youth, Marina’s family owned two large full-service grocery stores. The dedication and work ethic of running an independent grocery store carries into her drive and performance today. Her experience as an independent business owner taught her the importance of fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Marina’s participation in Constellation’s Asian business resource group, ASIAA – Accelerating Support & Inclusiveness for Asians and Allies started in 2020. She has been a Co-lead of ASIAA since 2021. In that time, she has established a diverse leadership team, impactful annual events and has carried on her passion to uplift and empower those around her.
