Leadership is a process of social influence, which maximizes the efforts of others, towards the achievement of a goal. Each of us can be a leader and make a positive difference, whatever our title or position.

We all know the healthy tension that exists between the Finance and Sales departments in any organization, and we’ll discuss strategies for building greater cohesion between these teams for improved ways of working and collaboration.  The discussion will be about:

  • Why this tension exists and how it shows up in our work
  • Ways to inspire greater collaboration between the teams
  • What a healthy tension between the groups can look like along with its benefits

Don’t miss the opportunity to learn from two C-Suite Leaders on how they have learned to work within the restraints of their individual departments to create mutual wins for their company.
