Chief Marketing Officer
O’Neill Vintners & Distillers

Heidi Scheid
Executive Vice President
Scheid Family Wines

There is so much uncertainty in the world, now more than ever, and it can be challenging to maintain an attitude of positivity. Leading through positivity doesn’t mean always being upbeat and playing the eternal optimist; it is more about positive energy, resiliency and trust. Whether your company is going through trying times or high growth times…or both…how can you set an authentically optimistic tone and “lead positive” regardless of the position you hold?

Join Heidi Scheid and Christine Moll, two women who had different journeys to get to where they are but who met and “clicked” due to their similar outlooks. In this collaborative conversation, they’ll talk about their own paths and how leading through positivity has impacted the brands they work on, the companies they’re a part of, and the way they lead their lives.

Takeaways:

  • Bringing your true and authentic self to work
  • Overcoming challenges and leading with positivity in times of adversity
  • Providing support to others without draining your own reserves
  • Evolving your leadership style centered on positivity
