Join us for a 4-part series on Belonging. Deloitte’s Human Capital Trends report ranked ‘Belonging’ as the top human capital issue that organizations face today. Seventy-three percent responded stated that fostering a sense of belonging was important to their organization’s success with 93% agreeing that a sense of belonging drives organizational performance.   The key to success is making sure all employees feel like they belong. Without this key marker the DEI training will not have a positive impact on increased engagement and ultimately retention of your current workforce. When people feel like they are part of a community, they feel a sense of purpose, a sense of belonging. A sense of belonging brings meaning even at your workplace. According to Deloitte’s 2020 Global Human Capital Trends report 93% of business leader respondents agreed that belonging drives organizational performance.

Together, we will explore some common areas that need attention to ensure the efforts your company is putting into creating a diverse workforce keep your employees collaborating and innovating. Each segment is a stand-alone, so you don’t have to participate in all 4 installments, but it is suggested.

Takeaways/What You’ll Learn:

  • Discuss ways to provide a voice in the age of technology (zoom, teams)
  • Establishing career growth: how to set yourself apart by creating your personal brand
  • Standing out. Learn ways to be successful through collaboration beyond the cloud. Hybrid Hustle debate.

Who Should Attend:
