Network Leadership is about intentionally activating, expanding and leading the relationships around you to create access to people, information, introductions and opportunities. 

During this Career Strategy Lab, we will examine three distinct but interconnected networks: Operational, Personal and Strategic. 

Together, we'll explore how to:

• Map the network you already have and identify relationships you may be overlooking. 
• Reignite dormant relationships without making the conversation feel like “I need a job.” 
• Expand your network strategically beyond your existing professional circle. 
• Identify connectors and advocates who may be able to get you closer to the right people. 
• Approach recruiters and executive search professionals differently to learn what's happening in the market and stay visible. 
• Create an outreach strategy and cadence that moves networking from something you “should do” into something you consistently do. 
• Use human connection alongside technology so your job search isn't entirely dependent on getting through an algorithm. Become more intentional about who you know, who they know, what you can learn from them, how you can provide value in return—and how those relationships can move you closer to your next opportunity.
