Gallo’s African American Network (GAAN) is the E. & J. Gallo Winery
Employee Resource Group for African Americans, and their allies, with the goal of providing a forum to enhance and support the recruitment, retention and professional development of African American employees. We will be joined by GAAN Co-Presidents, Jordan Green and Zakia Clayton as they share best practices and insights into how GAAN works internally, including how GAAN benefits other Gallo teams for messaging in social posts, advertising, communications and more.
This is a live interactive chat and we invite you to ask questions and share your experiences with building and maintaining Employee Resource Groups for Black, People of Color at your organization.
