This powerful and interactive session will bring together four inspiring senior leaders who are transforming the alcohol beverage industry, Ann Dozier, CIO of WOTVS Founding Corporate Member Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Allison Radecki, CIO of Platinum Corporate Member Beam Suntory, Shannon Britton, Vice President of Digital and Technology at Diageo, and Lyn Nguyen, CEO of Associate Corporate Member Liquid Analytics. Through this Live Chat discussion, they will share their perspectives and discuss the impact that female leaders and rapidly changing technology have on their organizations. 

The engaging and thought-provoking session will explore topics of how to lead an organization through the COVID-19 pandemic, initiatives aimed at promoting women into leadership positions throughout the alcohol beverage space, and how to embrace technology to promote growth. We will also have open conversations on challenging personal topics including work/life balance, flexibility, resilience, how to think big when opportunities become present, and how to maintain inner strength.

Lyn serves as the CEO of Liquid Analytics, an Artificial Intelligence firm that is focused on delivering scalable, insightful AI Solutions. Lyn drives transformation change for customers through impactful “Design Thinking” based projects and initiatives.

Her innovative solutions include user-centric applications that have received coveted awards for ‘Most Innovative Mobile Application’ from SAP and ‘Top 20 Most Promising Data Analytics Company’ from CIO Review. Liquid Analytics’ solutions manage over $8 Billion in revenue annually. She scaled Liquid to be the technology solution leader in the Beverage Industry.

Lyn holds patents in conversational voice and AI experiences. Lyn holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Harvard

Mrs. Dozier currently serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer for Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits, LLC. (SGWS). During her six and a half years at SGWS, Ann has focused on transforming IT to meet the changing needs of the business by creating a balanced focus on operational effectiveness and digital strategies while also supporting the growth of the company through mergers, acquisitions, and supplier partnerships. Her background includes transformational roles at The Coca-Cola Company, Inc., Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc., Dean Foods, Colgate Palmolive, IBM and EDS.

Dozier currently serves on the Board of Directors of Golden Entertainment and the Advisory Board for the University of Miami Business School’s Management Science and Business Analytics program.

Mrs. Dozier graduated in 1988 from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Economics; and in October 2017 attended the Harvard Business School’s Executive Management Program.

Allison Radecki was appointed Chief Information Officer at Beam Suntory Inc., the world’s third largest premium spirits company, in November 2013. In this role, she is responsible for the IT and digital technology functions globally, including strategic planning, product
delivery, operations, security, controls and compliance. She is charged with leading the team to be a competitive asset for the company by focusing resources and prioritizing initiatives that deliver the greatest opportunities for revenue growth and improved business performance. Allison joined Beam Suntory following a two decade-long career in IT strategy, business transformation and systems integration.

Prior to joining Beam Suntory, she served as Senior Director Information Systems, Global Integrated Supply Chain, for Mondelez International, the $35 billion global snacks company, which until 2012, was previously known as Kraft Foods. Prior to joining Kraft in 2011, Allison spent ten years at GS1 US as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. She was responsible for building the technology strategy to align to and achieve the organization’s goals.

Allison began her career in management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she spent ten years specializing in supply chain management process re-engineering and information systems implementation for the consumer products industry.

Allison received her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She lives in Chicago and enjoys running, cooking, spending time with her husband, Steve, and their three daughters, Madeline (17), Claire (15), and Isabelle (12).

Ms. Britton has over 25 years of experience working with large corporations within the consumer products industry. She is the Vice President of Digital & Technology, Americas at Diageo, the world’s leading producer of beverage alcohol, where she joined in 2003.

Over the past 15 years with the company, she has built a diverse set of expertise across multiple disciplines including sales, marketing, supply chain and technology. Prior to

working for Diageo, Ms. Britton was a Principal Consultant with IBM in their SAP Consumer Goods practice based in New York City and has worked with multinational clients including Nabisco, Gillette, and Pitney Bowes.
