Katie was announced as Treasury Wine Estates’ Chief People Officer in January 2020, having joined the company in 2017. Katie is responsible for TWE’s People strategy, building a high performing organization and an inclusive, collaborative culture where people and results thrive. With more than 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, Katie is a leader in organizational transformation, and is passionate about building coaching and change capability as enablers to unlock individual and business performance.

Prior to joining TWE, Katie was a foundational and executive member of Axieo where she was responsible for the establishment and leadership of the HR, Internal Communications and Environmental Social Governance functions. Prior to Axieo, Katie held numerous leadership roles at Mondelez International/Kraft Foods. Katie holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts

Ben Dollard joined Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) as President for the Americas in January 2020 with responsibility for leading the commercial and operations across the region. 

With 20 years’ experience in the alcohol beverages industry in the Americas region, Ben joined TWE in January 2020 having worked in various senior executive leadership roles with Constellation Brands in the US and Canada. Ben has had extensive experience in leading the agenda for wine and other alcohol beverages, including all aspects of marketing, consumer insights and commercial operations, across a number of key roles including Chief Growth Officer, Chief Marketing Officer and head of International Markets for Constellation Brands’ Wine and Spirits Division, as well as President of the Canadian wine business.

Deepa Sabhapathy joined Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) in January 2020, as the Human Resources lead for the Americas. She is responsible for overseeing all People processes across the region and for designing relevant People strategies to support the full employee life-cycle.

She comes with 20 years of Global Human Resources experience, leading strategic Talent priorities to support Human Capital. She has been impactful across a wide range of industries, including her recent experiences with ERM, a global sustainability consulting firm and with Nationwide Insurance, a Fortune-100 financial services company, where she supported large complex workforces spanning across geographies.

She has an undergraduate in Biochemistry, as well as, a Masters in Business Administration, from The University of Illinois.

Jessica was announced Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) Director of Commercial Management for PacNW & Plains in April 2020, having joined the company in 2015. Jessica is responsible for managing the regions distributor network. She is also one of the co-leads for the America’s TWEforShe internal employee resource group.

With 15 years’ experience in the alcoholic beverages industry in the America’s region, Jessica brings extensive management experience of brands, distributors and sales teams. Prior to joining TWE, Jessica was regional brand manager for SGWS of the LVMH and Diageo portfolios. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon’s Charles H. Lundquist College of Business.

Lauren has served as VP Commercial Finance at Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) since May of 2018, with responsibility for leading the commercial finance organization across the US, Canadian, LATAM and DTC businesses. She joins Jessica as a co-lead for the TWEforShe internal employee resource group, and is passionate about building range and broad-based skillsets within cross functional teams.

Prior to joining Treasury, Lauren business partnered a variety of teams in the Alcoholic Beverage Industry, spanning Operations and Supply Chain Finance, Corporate Finance and Strategy spaces at Campari Group and E & J Gallo. She holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from University of Maryland and an BA from Allegheny College.
