Deloitte Global’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Director, Meghan Fennell, will highlight the findings of Deloitte’s 11th annual Gen Z and Millennial Survey. Based on 23k+ respondents across 46 countries, the survey reveals that Gen Zs and millennials are deeply concerned about the state of the world, and actively trying to balance the challenges of their everyday lives with their desire to drive societal change. This session will explore Gen Z and millennial attitudes about topics ranging from personal finances to climate change, mental health, and the future of work.

As a Director within Global Talent, Meghan leads the creation, activation and execution of Deloitte's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion eminence strategy. This includes Deloitte’s global flagship DEI research, major campaigns, thought leadership and sponsorships. Meghan previously managed the Diversity, Inclusion and Women in Leadership agenda for Deloitte UK as well as Deloitte's global strategic partnership with the World Economic Forum.
She brings extensive experience in communications and managing global platforms. Prior to her role in Deloitte, she worked for the Monitor Group in both Cambridge, MA and London, UK and previously helped launch the inaugural Clinton Global Initiative in NYC. Meghan brings a deeply held passion for supporting women in business, leadership and society and founded the Spark Collective, a hyperlocal nonprofit whose mission is to build community among women. She is a graduate of Colgate University and lives north of Boston, MA with her husband and two children.
