We want to kick the New Year off and discuss hiring trends in CPG, insights/pivots due to the pandemic, remote workforce, and the future of the workplace.

Grateful! I am a native New Yorker, born and raised! I've been in the F&B and Hospitality industry for over 20 years, in operations, leading teams in various multi-concepts domestically and internationally. While in New York, I spent 9 years with Rosa Mexicano Restaurants, where I lead operations at our Union Square location, while extensively traveling for new openings during our years of expansion. I moved to Miami in 2008 to lead the Florida Region and Miami has been home ever since! After leaving Rosa in 2014, I spent a short period of time in other areas in the F&B space, including various consulting projects, but my deep passion for the employee experience is what drove me to make an exciting career pivot to HR/Recruitment in 2019. I am now part of the Global Talent Attraction team, at Royal Caribbean, supporting the Shipboard Beverage Operations Teams for all hiring and recruitment needs within our three Brands; Royal, Celebrity and Azamara.
Throughout my career, I have been extremely fortunate to train, mentor and develop individuals from around the world, coaching many of them into senior management level positions. I would not be where I am today if it weren't for the personal and professional mentors in my life or all of the employees who inspired me. Giving back and empowering people to find their true potential is and always has been, one of the greatest highlights of my career.
As a Director of Sales for ForceBrands' spirits, wine, and beer division, Rachel specializes in working with high growth brands and companies to identify their unique hiring needs while the company's team of Executive Recruiters — who are functional experts in sales, marketing, finance, operations, and HR — find the candidates who are a fit, professionally and culturally.
Rachel has been with ForceBrands since its launch in 2007 and has helped scale many companies with her organizational design expertise and thoughtful approach on connecting best-in-class leaders with organizations in the beverage alcohol world. In addition to extensive experience and love for the industry, Rachel is also a certified mixologist trainer and WSET Level 2 certified. She brings passion and an unprecedented level of knowledge to the CPG industry.
