Toni-Lynn Gross is a New Jersey Native and graduate of Rider University (2007), has been in the spirits industry since 2009 starting her career at Brown Forman and then moving to Edrington in 2011. At Edrington she has climbed the ranks starting as a Key Account Manager in Northern New Jersey, moving swiftly into the Market Manager and Area Manager roles mainly in New Jersey and then branching out to Delaware. In 2016 she earned the role of Regional Director covering the Mid Atlantic Region. Notably she has grown her regional year after year in both visibility and profitably even during some of the most challenging times. Her professional passions include coaching her team to success whether that be in merchandising standards, brand building, and full scope program planning.

At home Toni is married to a K9 Officer named Andrew and mother to twin 4 year old boys Cayce and Grayden. In their free time they like to go for boat rides, hang out at the beach, play baseball, and play with their dogs Cash and Sting.

Jackie manages the operations strategy, oversees logistics, promotes alignment with global policies and controls, and ensures execution of operational best practices across all brands in the Edrington portfolio.  Jackie began her career at Edrington in 2016 on the corporate finance team as the Senior Accountant.  She made the switch to the Operations and Supply Chain side of the business in early 2018.  Over Jackie’s nearly 7 years with Edrington she has had the opportunity to participate in multiple global supply chain conferences, leadership trainings, and brand led events.

Jackie entered the spirits industry by happenstance after needing a change from her previous role as an Auditor at one of the big 4 accounting firms in the banking and capital markets industry.  Jackie quickly learned that financial services was not the industry for her, and she sought out to find an industry that felt more relatable.  Edrington’s values and culture (and prestigious portfolio) immediately drew her in, and she hasn’t looked back since.

Jackie lives in Colorado where she enjoys the outdoors and can indulge in hiking and skiing on the weekends.  She and her husband have a passion for travel which allows them to explore different cultures including their cuisines and cocktails.  When not traveling, Jackie also enjoys relaxing at home and eating her husband’s home cooked (restaurant quality) food and snuggling with her pup Uli.

Valerie oversees the marketing and brand strategy for US Brand Noble Oak and Wyoming Whiskey and Global Brands No.3 Gin and NAKED Malt.  Valerie has been with Edrington for over 4 years and has worked across additional brands including Brugal 188 and Tequila Partida.  In addition to her brand responsibilities, Valerie is involved in the wellbeing community at Edrington and has led global Mindfulness Workshops and Sessions for the organization.  Valerie is also an active member and big supporter of the Edrington Mentor program.  She believes in the importance of paying it forward and supporting people on their career journey.

Valerie’s passion led her into the Wine and Spirits world after she worked in Beauty for 5+ years at L’Oreal then Estee Lauder.  Knowing the importance of relationships and storytelling, she has found that the beverage industry is where she belongs.  Her 10+ years of experience have always been dedicated to Marketing, working from agency side to brand side in both a global and operational capacity.  Valerie is an active member of W.O.M.E.N. in America a organization dedicated to the mentoring and advancement of women.  Valerie most recently was promoted to CMO-Chief Mom Officer- and is the proud mom of her 1 yr old son, Jordan and fur-baby, Ollie.

Catherine Stanton Schiff has spent the past two plus decades in sales and marketing management in the alcohol beverage industry working on dozens of powerful spirit and wine brands. Catherine is in her thirteenth year with Edrington, currently as the Regional Director, Americas
Luxury National Accounts, representing a portfolio that includes The Macallan and Glenrothes, Brugal Rum, and Wyoming Whiskey among others.
