From Stress to Success: Unlocking the Business Value of Workplace Kindness

Wednesday, May 7
10:00AM PST / 1:00 PM EST

With increased job insecurity and heavier workloads than ever, employees across the globe are experiencing all-time high levels of burnout, stress, and anxiety. Overhauling existing well-being programs and employee benefits may seem like the only way to solve this issue, but there is one feasible solution that can make an immediate, positive impact on company success and employee satisfaction: workplace kindness.

Join this session to learn how practicing kindness at work can result in a workforce that is more engaged, productive, and likely to remain in their jobs. Beth Brown, Director of Health & Well-Being, will demonstrate how business imperative workplace kindness truly is and how your organization can implement simple, cost-effective ways to begin practicing a culture of kindness today.
