Managing Bias

Hosted By Sarah Bettman, Director, Diversity & Inclusion, Constellation Brands

Thursday, December 19
1:00pm PST / 4:00pm EST

As presented in her keynote on Unconscious Bias at our Fifth Anniversary WOTVS Global Symposium, managing bias requires three things:

  1. Awareness of biases and that they exist
  2. A learner’s mind
  3. And a fundamental desire to be better (in relationships, as a leader, etc.)

During this one-hour webinar, we will explore each requirement to manage bias in a way that ensures everyone has tangible action items to integrate into their life.

There is a two part registration process.
