Lisa Scalise-Boswell

Senior Vice President,
Central Business Unit - Beer Division

The topic of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a constant evolution, particularly when it comes to programs, ideas and initiatives being implemented within organizations. As leaders continue to support and drive new (or existing) protocols, these rules of engagement around diverse and inclusive goals must expand past HR and through the entire organization to be impactful.

During this Live Chat, we will be discussing how to develop a culture of belonging through all levels of your team and company.

Join Lisa and Mahogani as they dive into suggestions, winning solutions, initiatives and best practices to ensure your Middle Management tier is equally trained and supported to reach your company goals.

Takeaways:

  • Everyone in the organization needs to pull their weight to promote Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace.
  • Retaining diverse talent is critical to any DE&I plan – this comes with learning and development.
  • Recruiting diverse talent – in an ethical and proper way – is essential
    • Companies don’t just want a diverse candidate; they want a qualified candidate, that has a diverse background.
  • Diverse talent stays at entry level if middle managers aren’t given guidance and trained on how to be inclusive leaders. How can we break that chain?
