In this training\, you&rsquo\;ll learn: What allyship is and why it&rsquo\;s important Inequities that impact people with less power and privilege Specific ways to take action as an ally Inclusive organizational strategies for your hospitality business This training is 90-minutes long\, trauma-informed\, target- centered\, evidence-based\, experiential\, and participatory.
