Kathy LaTour, Associate Professor of Services Marketing at the School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University

Kathy LaTour is an Associate Professor of Services Marketing at the School of Hotel Admin., Cornell University. She received her Ph.D. in 1997 from the University of Iowa Business School, and was a Research Associate at the Harvard Business School. As a researcher, she is a consumer psychologist with a focus on learning and memory within hedonic consumer products (such as wine and gambling).
